I am feeling pretty yucky today, still in bed. I
love watching cooking shows always, but watching

I was watching Giada at Home on the Food Network.
She shared a tip about grating cheese. If you are
like me, you had never heard of this until today.
Super great tip! Just put your cheese in the freezer
for about 10-15 minutes before grating. It will
firm your cheese up to ensure easy grating.
